Winter Seminar

Certax Accounting,  recently hosted its two-day Winter 2011 Seminar at the Casa Hotel

The event covered a wide range of topics to ensure Certax franchise owners are kept up-to-date with any changes in legislation, tax regulations, marketing initiatives and other developments, as well as the opportunity to meet other Certax franchise owners.

Additionally, the Seminar gave Certax the chance to present awards to its top franchise owners.

The first award presented was the Best Performing Certax Accountant 2010/2011, which was won by Dorota Haden (pictured) from Certax Accounting Northampton. She received the award from Certax founder, Keith Bradshaw.

Haden said: "I'm on my second term with Certax Accounting. I've built up my client base and now have staff working for me. Collecting this award shows my hard work hasn't gone unnoticed. I would like to thank everyone at head office for the support they have given me, especially in the first few years of building my practice up."

The second award was presented to Chris, Jayne and Dave Gardiner from Certax Accounting Wirral, for Best Performing New Certax Franchisee 2011.

Chris Gardiner said: "We are thoroughly enjoying our new business adventure, having worked in the accountancy field for some time, it was a little daunting taking the steps of 'doing it on our own', but because of the first class support given by Certax Helpline and the great results of the marketing department, we have never felt alone."
