MORE AWARDS FOR CERTAX ACCOUNTING!

CerTax Accounting (Rugby and West Northamptonshire) has been short listed for the prestigious "Accountancy Practice of the Year" award from the Institute of Financial Accountants.

The Institute of the oldest professional body of its kind in the world, and Chief Executive David Woodgate said, "We want to bring all sections of the financial and business community together to celebrate the achievements of the UK’s small and medium sized enterprises. The IFA Achievement Awards will reward SME achievements, highlight positive role models, and share good practice in business, finance and enterprise. The UK economy is built on the foundations of the SME sector, but it is facing challenging times so I think that it is important to provide plenty of encouragement and support."

David Nicoll, the Managing Director of the Rugby and Daventry based firm, is excited by the award. "We have made a name for ourselves by being 'refreshingly different'. We are proud of that. Many owner managed businesses need someone who is prepared to work creatively with them to help achieve both business and lifestyle aims. So our work is not just about simple compliance - it is about helping businesses use the rules creatively as well as correctly so that business can still develop and thrive in today's challenging times."

This is the sixth award the firm has been short listed for this year alone - and with three trophies already on the shelf it is clear that CerTax Accounting is making a real difference to small and medium sized clients across the UK.
