Practice Development & Mentoring System
Practice Development
A practice review panel is in place which will produce statistical
information on a regular basis to help franchisees
assess their practice as a comparison to other franchisees as well as
against their own initial annual expectations.
Advice and recommendations will be given to ensure your practice develops
at the pace that suits each franchisee.
Mentoring
In addition to the practice development procedures referred to above,
a mentoring arrangement is in place,
which will include weekly contact by an experienced Accounting Practitioner,
on a one to one basis,
for the first three months to assess Franchisee's progress, address
any concerns and help with any technical
issues that arise.
After this period the Technical Support Team will be available at your
request.
